It is an AIC certified artisan gastronomy which aims to offer Langhe cuisine and more, in a modern key without gluten and lactose. The prepared dishes are composed of high quality Piedmontese raw materials certified gluten free and controlled according to HACCP standards to give maximum safety to the customer.

In our laboratory we specialize in the production of fresh and filled gluten-free pasta, from the classic tagliatelle , to short pasta to get to the gluten-free vegan agnolotto. Without missing pizzas and focaccias. Our goal is to create a healthy reality, with handcrafted and quality products.
